Issuing time:2023-11-25 13:20

Board is a problem that will inevitably be involved in the process of home decoration. In today's era of continuous innovation in sheet metal processing and production technology, the variety of sheet metal is increasing day by day, which of course provides more choices for consumers. However, the variety of decorative and environmentally friendly sheets also leaves people feeling at a loss. Joinery board, multi-layer board, and veneer board are common decorative boards. Below is a brief introduction to these three types of decorative boards.

1. Joinery board. Joinery board is a solid board composed of a core board and a surface board. The core board of fine craftsman board is spliced by wood strips, and generally the same tree species or trees with similar performance are selected. The moisture content of the core board of blockboard should be controlled between 6% and 12%, and the width of the core strip should not exceed three times the thickness. Large cracks and voids are not allowed. There are two surface panels of finely crafted wooden boards, the one with better quality is called the panel, and the other side is the back panel. The watch board can be sanded on one side, sanded on both sides, or not sanded on both sides. In special circumstances, the surface of finely crafted wooden boards allows for appropriate repairs. The craft of finely crafted wooden boards fully utilizes the corner waste in wood processing, making it a type of construction board with a large width, moderate thickness, and uniform structure.

2. Multi layer board. Multilayer board, sometimes also known as plywood, is similar to fine wood board in terms of manufacturing methods, material selection, and other aspects. Both multi-layer board and fine wood board are composed of several layers of board, but the difference from fine wood board is that multi-layer board does not necessarily have three layers, and each layer of multi-layer board has the same thickness. Multilayer boards have good structural strength and stability, and are mainly used for the production of wooden products such as decorative panels, backboards of panel furniture, etc.

3. Panel pasting. Veneer panel is a type of decorative board, which includes a pattern layer, a bottom paper layer, and a decorative layer, all of which are bonded together through adhesive. The surface pattern of the veneer panel is beautiful and effective in decorating the living space.
